This conference will give you the opportunity to explore modern techniques, debate current issues and share good practice on topics such as internet safety, student mental health, parental expectations and cultural integration. These key issues will be developed in a practical way and delegates will come away with specific skills designed to proactively meet the needs of their students.

This conference is aimed at all boarding staff, including new and aspiring House Masters and House Mistresses.  The eight sessions will explore current key issues, reflect on developing proactive pastoral care, and look to develop effective and solution-focussed approaches to improve the support and boarding experience of the young people in our care.
